- Function:
Job function is to provide customer service in the Parts Department, ie. Parts lookup, Parts Sales, parts receiving, parts ordering, and inventory parts as needed. You would also assist Sales at times of Stihl Handheld Equipment w/commission pay.
- Responsiblilties:
This can be a very challenging area to work in when its busy in spring, but I think very rewarding when its done correctly. Your responsible for Invoicing, Ordering & Receiving parts with the least amount of mistakes as possible. This job requires a lot of concentration and attention to detail to properly provide the level of service expected.
- Qualifications:
A Parts person must have many good qualities, People Skills, computer skills, mechanical knowledge, patience, attention to detail, and thoroughness is a must. Experience is a plus.
